12ozのオリジナルセルヴィッチデニム。米綿の超長綿を使用したサラリとしたドライタッチで重厚感のある生地となります。シャトル織機で織り上げることで糸質、生地の風合いがヴィンテージ感のある素材に仕上がっています。サンフォライズド加工を入れ、洗濯後の縮みを軽減させています。

The simple mechanic cap, which was a popular workwear item in the United States, was arranged denim, duck canvas and herringbone twill that perfectly compliment the work style. The shallow fit and detailed stitchwork along the bill of the cap are authentic classical features.
Fabric:
A custom-produced 12 oz. selvedge denim made with long staple U.S. cotton giving the fabric a dry texture. Woven on shuttle looms, it gives the fabric the distinctive character very similar to vintage denim. The fabric is sanforized for minimal shrinkage after wash.
