Style:
レギュラーフィットの5ポケットパンツ「Dixon」。オールド感のあるディテールの5ポケットパンツだが、縫製はジャパンメイドならではの緻密で繊細な縫製で仕上げられています。本縫いと巻き縫いの2本針縫製はワークウエアではあまり見られない細幅に設定で縫製しています。ポケットの補強にはバータックを使わず、細かなステッチワークでデザインされています。袋布は別布使いで、内側の処理もロックミシンを極力を使用せずに生地の端を巻き込んでキレイに仕上げています。テーラーリングの技術を活かした職人の手仕事で造る拘りの詰まった作品です。
Fabric:
オリジナルのブラウンダックキャンバス。タテ糸にストレート糸とムラ糸を引き揃え、ヨコ糸にムラ糸を使用。ムラ糸は落ち綿を混ぜたナチュラルなムラ糸です。力織機で打ち込みの回転数を調整しテンションが掛かりすぎない様にしているため高密度ですが膨らみのあるヴィンテージ感のある生地に仕上がっています。

Style:
Dixon is a regular fit 5-pocket model featuring the classic traits of jeans with attention to detail that exemplifies Japan made products. Made with a combination of lock stitching and narrow width flat felled seams, this particular width is hardly seen on workwear items. Instead of the contemporary bar tack stitching, pockets are reinforcement with decorative stitch work. The pocket bags are made from a separate fabric using a lock stitch machine. This classic model features traits of handmade tailoring techniques of our skilled craftsmen.
Fabric:
A custom-produced brown duck-canvas fabric. The warp uses a straight and slubby yarn, woven with a slubby yarn used as weft. The slubby yarn is created by mixing noil (left over short fibers) during the spinning process for a natural finish. The fabric is woven by alternating the picks per inch, creating a finely balanced density and vintage-like look.
