Fabric:
手摘みされたジンバブエコットンを旧式のシャトル織機で織ったオリジナルの12ozセルヴィッチデニムです。整理加工を入れない生機はザラつきがあり不規則な凹凸があり、グリーン掛かった色落ちが特徴となります。

Style:
‘SADDLE HORN’ is a work jacket featuring a short body with front pleats, a unique detail introduced in the late 19th century. The “smiley” front pocket is an iconic design of The Stevenson Overalls. All sewing is done using a single stitch flat felled seam method for authenticity.
Fabric:
The denim fabric is exclusively produced for Stevenson Overalls on a vintage shuttle loom with Zimbabwe cotton. The unsanforized 12oz. selvedge denim has a rough and slubby character, with a subtle green color undertone.
